What happens when my trial ends?
Your workspace stays as it is. Choose a plan to keep sending; until then nothing is charged and nothing is deleted.
What counts as an "active lead"?
A lead in a running or draft campaign. Leads in finished campaigns and on your do-not-email list don't count.
What if I go over my monthly emails?
Sending pauses until the next month, or you can upgrade straight away and sending continues. We email you at 80% so it's never a surprise.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades apply immediately with a pro-rated charge; downgrades start at your next billing date.
Do you charge per mailbox?
No. Every plan has unlimited mailboxes. You only need to stay within your monthly emails.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. You get an invoice by email every month (or year) and can download past invoices in Settings.
